Returns
If anything isn’t right with your order, email us at hello@pinesman.com and allow us to show you how much we care. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to reach out.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process it.
Damaged or wrong item
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective or we sent the wrong item, contact us straight away and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to process it on their end.
Exchanges
The simplest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Sale items
Returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted.
