What are the payment terms?
For in-stock products, full payment at the time of order. For custom branding or out-of-stock items, 50% upon order and 50% before shipping.

Is there a minimum order?
10 units.
How quickly can I receive a bulk order?
Typically within 1 week for in-stock products. Larger quantities or out-of-stock items may take longer; we will confirm timing when you reach out.
Do you ship internationally?
For custom orders, yes. For bulk orders, international shipping is possible but lead times increase to 6–8 weeks.
Can I mix different products in a bulk order?
Yes. The discount tiers are based on total quantity across products.

Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. We provide a digital mockup for approval before any production begins.
