If anything isn’t right with your order, email us at hello@pinesman.com and we’ll take care of it. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To return an item, it needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Pads or notebooks that have been written on can’t be returned. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
We cover return shipping on every order — whether the item arrived defective or you’ve simply changed your mind. No restocking fees.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective or we sent the wrong item, email hello@pinesman.com with a photo within 30 days. We’ll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to process it on their end.
Sale items can be returned for store credit. Gift cards can’t be returned.
The simplest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
